Eating polyunsaturated fats in place of saturated fats, such as those found in a burger, can help lower your overall cholesterol level. Sea urchins also contain omega-3 fatty acids, which can help lower blood pressure and reduce the risk of an abnormal heart beat.

However, you only have the best Sea Urchins with rice soup when you get fresh sea urchins. There are many meat and eggs inside sea urchins. Using knife or spoon to separate meat and eggs out of it, embalm with multi flavor. After that, you fry it on pan from 1 or 2 minutes. After you clean this seafood, separate it in haft by scissors put a little olive oil and spring onion. Next, you grill till it turns to yellow color with amazing aroma. Add a little salt pepper lemon sauce to make dish more taste and flavor.
